I also remember some friends being arrested, deported, and banned from the US for life because they were models who travelled to the US to collaborate (unpaid) with some photographers in incredible locations. It was decided they were “working” even though they weren’t paid; it was a passion project.

The US has always been a very unfriendly place to travel to compared to many other places. I recall when I was working as journalist the fact that you basically had to have a burner phone for your holiday otherwise border control could force you to hand your phone over.

I feel like if I had a sauna in my garden I’d be both more satisfied with my life AND more happy on a regular basis.

There’s no reason that sportsmen should only show aggression and “masculine” emotions. This is toxic masculinity.
The world of sport is better when we make space for a full range of emotions, including distress.

It doesn’t seem to make me drowsy - if I take it and then stay up longer it seems ok.

Obviously the farming industry is known for it's ability to change what it produces immediately to suit the needs of local consumers. Quick turnarounds are a speciality!
