My take on the first two episodes of Alien Earth is that the synthetic hybrid stuff is cool and very cyberpunk. I liked the world building and all the other alien creatures were new and interesting. But everytime the alien turned up it kind of just became the same old Alien stuff.

I've only done the first level of Doom: The Dark Ages. It seems like a Doom that can be enjoyed with a controller. I don't mean that as a dis. I started playing Eternal with a controller but found it way too difficult. The game didn't click with me until I played on PC with mouse and keyboard.

Finished Andor. More of an understated ending that connects the dots with Rogue One. But still extremely powerful. I’m going to miss this style of Star Wars.

So much to like about the first three episodes of Andor: the prototype TIE fighter, the bickering rebels, the Empire talking how to exploit a planet of its natural resources but the absolute highlight is Dedra meeting Syril Karn’s mother.

I knew Conan would smash it as Oscars host. I haven't been this excited to watch the ceremony for years.

Ever since seeing Monsters, I've thought Gareth Edwards was the natural successor for Spielberg. His Godzilla movie was full of nods to Jurassic Park, especially the Golden Gate scene, so I am absolutely pumped for this movie!

Ever since seeing Monsters, I've thought Gareth Edwards was the natural successor for Spielberg. His Godzilla movie was full of nods to Jurassic Park, especially the Golden Gate scene, so I am absolutely pumped for this movie!
There's a whole new Sniper Elite game out on Games Pass today! That really crept up on me. Must be losing my grasp of the game hype feed. Let me tell you, I can't tell you how much I need this at the moment, sniping Nazis in the balls from a great distance.
