I have read on this fact before. This is true and a good to know.
Mark Carney’s tax cut is technically for the lowest tax bracket, even though he calls it “middle-class.” It benefits everyone, including low-income earners. Just thought that’s worth clarifying! I've seen many asking "waht about the lower class?".
