if tv writers can make money by writing videogames badly, game writers should be allowed to make money by writing tv shows badly. Equal opportunities and everything

Tv writers are often hired to write videogames, despite having zero experience with the medium, and they are usually 1) not good and 2) a pain for the team to deal with. The opposite dynamic would lead to equally disastrous results - but it's annoying that it isn't even contemplated
