Pills bc I have no idea what’s going on. My manager said I’m harder on myself than I need to be and to give myself grace esp with the transition over the last several weeks. That felt good to hear too - I already know I’m way hard on myself though lol

My one on one meeting this morning was fantastic. I had enough time to express my concerns and I was given glowing reviews from my peers to our supervisor (my former lead). It felt good to know I’m appreciated and that I am doing a good job, as y’all know some days it feels like I’m taking crazy
