Just watched a video of a lady claiming getting rid of Amazon services is easy. I’m so glad it is for her. It’s a privilege not everyone has & I’m tired of the judgement. Some people are just doing their best & trying to survive it. We need to be okay with that & stop making people feel guilty.

The cup I’m pouring from is bone dry. There’s not a drop left. My mental health is depleted. But my kid is going through it so I keep showing up for him…and I wouldn’t change it for the world, but it’s really a really hard mom week…and I need a break. 😞

I had big emotions & didn’t know what to do with them. So I made two batches of sourdough bread. Then I split one batch in half to attempt some fun things with them. Now that it’s 2:30 AM & I’m never sleeping I thought I’d share #insomnia #sourdough still have one more to bake off in a few hours.

20 weeks. 140 days. Just shy of 5 months without THC. This week has been tough the brain monsters are louder than ever. These are the moments I used to smoke myself through. I should be proud, but it’s all feels empty right now. #Sobriety is a choice I actively make, but it’s not always easy.

I anticipated this loaf of bread would be an epic failure. It was supposed to be sourdough focaccia, but it didn’t quite work out for some reason (likely user error). So I played with scoring. Turns out the scoring was as bad as I thought, but the bread is delicious. #sourdough #bakingbread
