I had big emotions & didn’t know what to do with them. So I made two batches of sourdough bread. Then I split one batch in half to attempt some fun things with them. Now that it’s 2:30 AM & I’m never sleeping I thought I’d share #insomnia #sourdough still have one more to bake off in a few hours.

My first chocolate sourdough loaf. Absolutely the most delicious loaf I’ve ever made. Next time I’m adding freeze dried strawberries.

I anticipated this loaf of bread would be an epic failure. It was supposed to be sourdough focaccia, but it didn’t quite work out for some reason (likely user error). So I played with scoring. Turns out the scoring was as bad as I thought, but the bread is delicious. #sourdough #bakingbread
