For every €1 provided through a Basic Income For Artists pilot program in Ireland, the government got €1.46 back. So it’s being made permanent.

Over and over we see it. It saves public money to provide public housing. And it makes public money to provide basic income.

We can’t afford to NOT do it.

Yes 😩 been talking to folks all day… apparently Washington Gas permits are not seen by DDOT’s permitting system. Thankfully I’m confident we’ll redo it. This dig was considered an emergency gas situation , very frustrating but feeling positive about solutions for restoration. Thx for your concern!

For local restaurants to be offering deals for furloughed workers even when restaurants are suffering so badly is a testament to the true compassion and commitment of those small business owners. We should all strive to be so generous!
