I got deeply triggered, evened out a bit, then something happened, and I went into a bad spiral. I’ve been crying a lot today. Listening to songs I haven’t listened to in a long time. Having thoughts I haven’t had in a long time. Being human fucking sucks.

I deleted Facebook and Threads from my home page but not my App Library, so they’re still on my phone. Baby steps. It’s weird how my brain is like uh, what do I do now? Turns out that was a major time suck, duh. Reading the news sucks also. Maybe I should live my life and interact with the world.

I got my ER bill. It’s around $500-$600. Basically added it to my tab and increased my monthly payments from $85 to $150. Sad making. I only went to the ER because the doctor told me to.
