Sometimes it feels like there's negativity in all directions

Fortunately the world is complex, full of people of all kinds, I just have to search different places to meet cool folks

🔮 that last sentence disgusts me more then I have words for

this is the same rhetoric the Cass report uses to strip everyone of access to affirming care

pertinent that this man is not on hrt and perpetuating these harmful messages in a time of crisis for trans youth…

normalize trans healthcare

Yep, Black people. Today, take it easy and enjoy your life. Spend time with your friends and family and seek joy in our community. Juneteenth is coming too!

And I know as a Black woman Clinician, that we as a community will be okay.

I ♥️ my people & rest today.
I actually shed a tear when I saw this at St. Paul’s Cathedral this morning.

I’m going to go back to focusing on living in the moment given the news.

Y’all be easy. Don’t spend your energy fighting with the people that got us here. They are not worth it.

Live for today.

"A living system — a real country — is complicated. It's a system, where people do things you'll never understand for perfectly good reasons (and vice versa). To accommodate all that complexity, we need complex systems, [...] complex systems are *resilient*."

all my life I've been told Democrats are owed my support electorally bc Democrats passed civil rights; i wouldn't be able to vote if it wasn't for Democrats, so it's a moral imperative on my part to vote for them bc GOP is worse

🫠

fuck electoralism

I'll be around for sure, I've got so much to live for, thanks to those who make life worthwhile
This probably seems grim, but given recent events, it might be a good idea to publicly display a declaration of life, especially if you fall into one of the target demographics
