•Section 9 forbids suspending The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus
•Section 10 forbids ex post facto laws

Let me get this straight. Trump and his "team" couldn't be bothered to review those that were convicted for J6, so he just let them all go. But they are now line-by-line reviewing FBI agents that participated in the review l of Trump and those J6 participants and demanding they resign or be fired.
