It feels like they will rule against California and the reasoning will be that only Republicans can gerrymander and for any reason. For anyone else it will be ruled unconstitutional. Why are they bothering to even hear cases. They will side with Republicans no matter what now.

Also our rescues came to us from a former colleague of my partner and we found out later they were from a rescue, in another state, that they were supposed to return. I called that rescue & it’s all good, but I don’t want to judge too fast

I am heartbroken at situation but I can also see how it could occur. Medicines can be expensive, not everyone knows about the enzyme cleaners, and giving a cat meds can be traumatic for all. If they are brand new cat owners or facing financial changes this could have been too much. Very sad for all.
