New day today at the pool. 2k swim. 400m walking & 400 water crunches. Hopefully this extra exercise will reduce the back pain. Done a lot less swimming today and I'm absolutely fucked 😂😂😂 walking in a pool is harder than I thought, walking like I'm bladdered. I'll be as ripped as our Egyptian king

In the UK we rarely get snow. I've built a large catio enclosure for my indoor cats so they can go in the garden safely. Hopefully we get snow this year so I can build them a snowman ⛄😀

Fell asleep by 2-1 last night so didn't see the other goals. What is happening to us? At least we know how utd and Everton fans feel 😁 had a blue and a utd fan gloating at the pool this morning. Water off a ducks back. 2.5k today which is 100 olympic lengths 💪

Every time I get out the pool, my pain is -5 out of 10. It's an 8 before I get in and I have the ability to cancel all that pain out. Starting to think there's a world for me where I'm not in pain. 2.4k in 70 mins today
