Dude never had his gun out, was taken from him by grey jacket,then as hes pinned on the ground, beaten and pepper sprayed, he's shot multiple times in the back by the black balaclava.

It can be really difficult to be a retail or hospo worker this time of year...people can be real difficult under the stress of the season.
So when a customer takes the time to do a really nice thing like this for us, it shines really brightly
