If you'll recall, Matua Justin tore a few strips off the PM at Akaroa last year. That they're going up North is a very, very precise move.
Last year the Prime Minister skipped Waitangi and celebrated with Ngāi Tahu in Akaroa instead. This year he won’t have that option.
