Not the point of this video, but interesting to see that ICE agent has a window breaker on his vest. This is absolutely not because he, unlike a highway cop or firefighter, expects he might be called to a car crash.

I really can't get past this... He freed up his gun hand before putting himself in front of the car. He knows full well he can claim to be justified in shooting at a vehicle coming towards him.
He switches his phone to his left hand to free up his right hand a full 10 seconds before shots were fired. He already intended to draw his weapon at that point.

It seems like if he was actually watching the situation around him, instead of focusing on filming it with his phone, he could have very easily moved out of the way, with a single step.

Most countries in the world have immigration enforcement agencies and officers. I didn't think any of them routinely shoot people.

I remain convinced that if the mainstream media simply treated this administration the same way it treated the Biden administration *or even Trump 1*, this one would already have collapsed less than a year in. These people are deeply, fundamentally insecure and terrified of any resistance.

I can imagine another fun* challenge to the stability of the US if a State prosecutor decides to indict an ICE officer for the murder he did.
