My great grandma passed 4 months before my birth.

What’s wild to me is that there was never a way in which my great grandpa and I would have been alive at the same time. He was born in 1864!

They had 8 children together including my grandpa. I learned two of his brothers had cook stories. One was an assistant to Evil Knievel after serving in the military. Another lied about his age to enter the navy where he served in the pacific during WWII.

His son, my great grandpa, his wife died of smallpox and a year later he married my great grandma, their family nanny who was 40 years his junior!

I’m a child of TX, and my abusive father owes me 14 years of child support. He lives in Mexico now, probably to escape the law.

I’m watching a news special on Targets boycott right now. They mentioned it was meant to be 40 days long. I boycott for life. I’ve been an ethical shopper for years and it is so difficult to find a place to buy anything these days. But my bank account isn’t complaining.
