The girls got spayed and micro chipped yesterday. They’re wearing baby onesies instead of an annoying cone. I can’t wait for the next two weeks to so we can go back to normal.

I’m terrible at taking my adhd meds. I told my psychiatrist if she sets a goal for me, I’ll take them, so my goal is to take my meds 3 days/week. 2 days in a row I’ve taken them and I haven’t felt the angst or dread I typically do & I don’t feel like a pile of poo. So why is it so hard??? #adhd

The thing no one talks about after losing a pet, is having to unexpectedly deliver the news of your pets passing months after. I was at the vet and one of the techs didn’t know that I lost Dexter in September last year. She knew about Lucy in January but not Dex. So I had to watch someone get sad 🧵

Having adhd and going through perimenopause, every week is an uphill battle. The weekend is a short reprieve but this weekend felt like a war zone. My nervous system is on high alert. T-minus 45 minutes until work begins and I just want to cry.
