Massage and ice sounds wonderful!!! Hope you are getting better and the pain isn't too bad.

I'm doing ok. Took a tumble yesterday with my walker, that was scary!!! But pain is manageable. It's hard to sleep on my back with the foot elevated though.

I just had foot surgery and this little stinker won't leave my side. She usually doesn't cuddle at all!

Ugh!! Non weight-bearing is super difficult! Getting up and down on the toilet is the hardest thing! Pain isn't too bad yet though. Thank you for checking on me!

I did! Just got back home an hour ago. Outpatient. It went well but getting up the 13 stairs to my apartment was pretty tricky!! Non weight-bearing for at least 2 weeks. 😭
