I really hate open plan kitchens. Need hardwood floors, also no ceramic tile in kitchen (RIP anything that gets dropped on ceramic), yard for dogs and garden for me, neither one too big, and either a cherry tree or a lilac bush. Then lots of light and a walkable neighborhood.

i was under the false assumption people were supporting or opposing things for logical if just misguided reasons, but no, they're actually just making things up that aren't real every single time they are presented with written information.
