Inertia appears in The Dragonboys. She cared for Overture for a short period of time. Because of he was an empath, Overture quickly grew close to her. Something happened to her, which caused him to abandon his empathy and compassion so he wouldn’t feel pain and vulnerability again. She had a son who died three months prior to the events of the book. He was forced to work at her Rose Brothel. Here’s art I drew of her years ago.
