My dog Caesar is dead. He broke free from his leash and ran into traffic and was killed by a truck. I’m an absolute wreck. It happened so quick. A big truck was coming and he turned and looked at me and got hit. I’m so devastated. I’m mad at myself because I couldn’t save him.
