So I actually ran this prompt and it gave me this beauty. In a stunning display of Artificial Stupidity, this is not an architectural rendering, not 4 storeys, arguably not rowhouses, probably not 9 units, and IMHO not as ugly as that Capitol Hill development, though considerably the worse for wear.
