In the US, "Christian" is often just a euphemism for "white and racist."

Because again, the data shows that in the US, Hispanic folk attend church more frequently than white folk.

Reading this reporting that abductees are being dehydrated, dragged, beaten, photographed in humiliating poses, denied sleep, and exposed to hard surfaces and bed bugs in an Israeli desert prison.

I was already radicalized and support mutual aid and UBI, but it wasn't until I got a tech job and was living in actual financial security that I understood just how fucking much more better off EVERYONE would be if we just had fucking UBI. My health LITERALLY improved within SIX MONTHS.

Most painful to me about this is the absence of even a speck of empathy from WM. Not one WM messaged me to simply ask if Emily is doing ok. Several have messaged me to tell me directly that they are afraid she is hurting THEIR standing among "industry professionals" (aka other WM).

WM, before posting your hot takes, maybe get a read from non-white, non-Christians. Maybe I'm wrong and out of line. But what I saw was privilege performativity at it's worst, hidden behind a 1A victory lap.
