The answer is yes he apparently still does but it'd be fine if he found out.
Does [kid] believe in Santa? I ask because today there was a fight in the cafeteria and [kid] said (only to me) that the person involved would be on the "naughty list". I asked him to tell me more and he shared a little bit but I could not discern what he was saying. I want to protect his beliefs..... but in 8th grade that could be hard.
