The Hind Rajab Foundation has submitted names of 24 Israeli soldiers to the ICC for the killing of Hind Rajab and others. They include dual nationals from Europe, Latin America and North America. It will be interesting to see if any are from Canada.

<div class="field field-field-text"><p>Israeli forces have killed at least 70,103 people in Gaza, most of them women and children, since October 2023, according to the Palestinian health ministry. </p>
<p>The ministry said that number of wounded during that time had reached 170,985.</p>
<p>Over the past 24 hours, two people were killed by Israeli forces, while one body was recovered from under the rubble. </p>
<p>Since a ceasefire commenced on 11 October, Israeli forces have killed at least 356 people and wounded 908 others. A further 607 bodies have been recovered during that time.</p>

Gaza has reached IPC Phase 5, which is the worst level of food insecurity & is associated with high amounts of death & permanent disability. For people experiencing this level of malnutrition, even if it ended today, many of the consequences (eg personal outcomes like disabilities) are irreversible.
IPC is projecting 22% of Palestinians in Gaza (495,000+ people) face a Phase 5 Catastrophe level of food insecurity (extreme food shortage, starvation & high death rates) June-Sept if food aid is not forthcoming & 33% (745K) at the Emergency level (high malnutrition).
