Watching closely to see if SCOTUS grants cert in BPJ. The case @gladlaw.bsky.social is litigating in NH (Tirrell v. Edelblut) would of course be impacted by BPJ, but for anyone paying attention a bad outcome here is not necessarily dispositive for Tirrell.

There were two petitions for review of the Fourth Circuit's decision in B.P.J.'s case against W.V.'s trans sports ban.
SCOTUS cleared away a side-issue about the athletic association, but made no decision whether it will review the equal protection and Title IX questions.
