Yoshinobu Yamamoto winning three games on the road in a single World Series is just completely ridiculous.

I'm not really sure you can be better than Wemby is right now.

What is anyone supposed to do about Wemby? What am I watching?

It is incredible to me how much difficulty the Lakers have had in getting two-way guys to play next to the stars. It still is the biggest problem they have once Lebron is back. Very frustrating as a Lakers fan.

Just a reminder that being first on prospects isn't really important. The draft doesn't take place until June of 2026. Everybody relax, and let's all see what these guys can do this year. Looking forward to a very fun draft cycle.

I can't even explain how excited I am for basketball to finally be back this week. Looking ahead, almost every team in the NBA has something interesting happening. The draft class looks incredible, and NBA teams are as deep as ever. Should be a great year.

The Toumani Camara and Shaedon Sharpe deals are good business for the Blazers. Low risk on both with low numbers compared to the market. These are two more examples of players being willing to take a little under market deals to lock in generational wealth. NBA money is wild.

"The Maine Attraction" is an all-time great basketball nickname.

A quick look at one of my favorite teams of all time. The Kobe Pau Lakers were a force in the NBA for years. Their evolution and its impact on how we view Kobe today is always interesting to me.

It is such a blast watching Luka quarterback all of the offense so Lebron can run around doing other basketball stuff the whole game. Oh, Lebron randomly got another offensive rebound and put back? Great. Oh, Lebron has the secondary attack against a rotating defense? Awesome.

I am getting caught up on Cam Boozer tape. What do people think of his realistic outcome on the defensive side of the ball? He is going to be a monster for Duke next year, but I am generally wondering what the consensus defensive projection is for him at the pro level.

We've seen a batter drive in 8 or more runs in an MLB game 46 times in the last 21 years and only once did his team lose the game.

Mike Trout is crazy. Also that Trout/Harper duo was an incredible couple of guys to watch for a long time.
