I know we’re doing some significant updates this year. With the rollout of tap to pay this fall, it also won’t be a problem for most people unless they have an Eco pass.

To be clear, we didn’t wave anything through last night. We approved a solicitation for a contract.
In fact, thanks to director Paglieri, we expressly removed the automatic approval that was in the original agenda item.

Communication is not a first world problem. At a minimum we should be able to tell people what they’re gonna experience so that they can make the choices they want to make, even if that’s just letting people know how long it’s actually gonna take so they can call a loved one.

Also, we have a performance committee meeting tomorrow at 8:30 AM where we will be discussing this year‘s goals and if you would like to weigh in, I highly encourage you to attend!

That’s helpful to know, I’ll send an email now to forward it up the chain to ask why there wasn’t any signage to let people know There was a disruption before they got on the train.
