I didn’t prune my tree the last two years so I only have a couple dozen pomegranates this year, which is honestly kind of a blessing. Last year was too much!

Even when I was growing up we had a lot of fields around us that were fallow because the government paid farmers to not plant crops. It’s such a weird industry that’s been circling the drain for years. The end result of this is just the end of the American farm. And they’re doing it to themselves.

I lived there and I would get to work at 7:30 just as the sun was starting to come up, go into a windowless building, and come out at 4:30 when the sun was setting. So depressing.

Yeah same here. I do still listen to Joseph Arthur music sometimes. Same with Ryan Adams. Where I draw the line personally is giving them any more of my money for new work.

But I also do acknowledge that they’re bad people.

We’re suing El Cajon and its Police Department for violating CA’s law prohibiting sharing license plate data with out of state law enforcement.
