Finally caught up to Double Indemnity tonight. Not to sound like a philisitine, but sometimes I cut old movies slack or grade them “for their time”. I cut new movies slack too, but in other ways.
Anyway, no slack needed here. Lots of fun dialogue. And no wonder with these names.

Candidates being able to draw attention to themselves and by extension the issues they're talking about is good.
And being precious about residence being off by a couple miles in a district that looks like this (and only since 2023) is just silly.
