Pretty sure it's lay out the bread, spread the peanut butter, scrape the knife, spread the jelly, enjoy the sandwich knowing that you've only used one tool for one dish.
If the sandwich required the "school lunch triangle" or the "picky eater crust removal" would you then get a third knife?
