At this point I'm not even concerned about AI producing "better art" than humans or not, I'm concerned about the complete lack of autonomy and agency from people mindlessly churning through AI slop and not questioning any of it. The more ubiquitous it becomes, the harder it will be to avoid.

How many people are going to ghost-hack themselves into believing that what the AI is showing them is true? How many will retreat from society and surround themselves with AI chatbots and AI art and completely lose touch with humanity?
