This is the answer to why computational photography can be a bad thing.
It could see this as a mistake. Lower contrast, boost the shadows, even out the exposure and… ruin it.

The printing press, Geocities, the Canon 5D mk2. They all promised a democratisation of content production and/or distribution, but did not make works themselves more creative.
Creativity is a skill. If you want to be a creative, you have to be willing to do the work to learn it, and you have to be willing to be bad at it. GenAI does not make you a creative. It makes you someone who is willing to pretend that you did work that is actually someone else's.
