I'm a big fan of when games test the player's knowledge of the game and narrative so far. Trails games like to award extra credit for testing you on Lore stuff but Ace Attorney is such a great example of testing player knowledge accrued so far over and over.

Empire State Coffee here in Dundee do an amazing "Queens" Bagel which is Bacon, Cheese and Chicken Mayo.

I'm honestly impressed at how much reach GBBO has in the US, Flapjacks being chewy sweet oat traybakes in the UK has thrown so many Americans on here.
We also have Scottish pancakes, which are real close to US pancakes
