I am going to cheer against the Detroit Lions until they ban the fan who allegedly used a racial slur and an offensive word about DK Metcalf's mother. I am calling on fans to pressure the NFL to deal with this incident equitably.

Agreed! If any former officer should be reactivated and court-martialed, it should be Michael Flynn, who was an advisor to Trump during his insurrection and attempted coup. Flynn recommended that Trump institute martial law, and use the military to re-run elections in some states.

The jerks on the Supreme Court are too dumb and shortsighted to appreciate the dangers of a unitary executive in practice (a road to autocracy and instability). Since they have shown a reckless disregard for precedent, none of their rulings should be regarded as binding precedent on a future Court.
