The bird's head and some upper brest parts, in front of a pine tree. Bird has eyes open, looking directly toward me. Very dark eyes. Nice red brown feather patterns, bird is the red morphe, some tawnys are more of the grey morphe, red is more frequenlty seen in my environment

Here, a group of sanderlings run along the shore in #LongBeachCA last Saturday.

This is some years old, from the German isle Amrum

The bird is looking to the left, walking on the beach. The bottom part of the picture shows blue water with small little waves. than comes the curled sand beach part with the bird, on top is a blurry green beige part. The bird has sand on its beak, and some feathers are a bit desorganized from wind i guess.

In cold weather, I like things that give me warmth the most, and since expressing love is important, I hug the radiator. Hugging has incredible power, which can change our emotional state and well-being every day and has a positive effect on our body and soul. 🐈‍⬛

As the year comes to an end, I'm reposting some of the comics I made this year, including this ridiculous thing.
A six-panel comic. In the first panel, a yellow warbler says "Hey so I'm going to go out on a limb here." In panels two through five, the warbler hops along a long branch against a blue sky with clouds. In panel 6, it stops at the end of the branch and sings.

An einem dicken Ast im Baum, hängt kopfüber ein Kleiber. Im Hintergrund unscharf Nadelzweige. Blaumeise hängt an einem Berberitzezweig, an den blauen Beeren. Eine Amsel hängr in einer Berberitze, etwas verdreht, kopfüber, und mit ausgebreiteten Flügeln.

To describe a Dartford warbler to someone partially sighted, focus on its distinctive features: a long tail often held cocked, a dark, grey-brown body, and a prominent red eye-ring. Emphasize its scratchy, rambling song, and mention its tendency to sit on top of gorse bushes, which is the best place to hear its call. It's a small bird, about \(12-13\) cm long, with a long tail that it often cocks jauntily. It has a slate-grey or grey-brown head, back, and wings, but its chest is a deep, wine-red or russet colour. A very distinctive, bright red eye-ring and a long, dark tail are its key visual markers. The male may have a small white patch on its belly. Legs are bright orange.

Okay, guys, I adore warblers. Awesome busy birds, often great singers, great alert sounds too. Well, they are great in playing hide and seek.

The bird is surronded from kind of white flowers, kind of blackthorn like, you can spot greyish back of the bird, and the slightly curved beak looking to the left. and some of the barred flanks are visible too

It made to long drive to @rspbminsmere.bsky.social (267 miles) worth it.

So here are Mr. and Mrs. Northern Lapwing
both Lapwings are standing in a brownish reed meadow. The male is standing very upright on the left, the head feathers vertical. Female on the right side, more flat posture, female bird is in it colors more brownish, less contrast
