Partner went to physical therapy and the PT had a wet cough so now we have to distance because it sure sounds like they were exposed to covid which they totally got from Thanksgiving. COOL. Fuck everyone for giving up on covid precautions

Have an appointment with my LC doctor on Tuesday and am terrified about how they will treat me, I really think they hate me because I am too “complicated.” It shouldn’t have to be like this

Went to a coffee shop yesterday to get breakfast to go after an early morning ultrasound and people would not stop staring at me because I am in a wheelchair and masked 😐 someone was sitting near me and would not stop turning her neck to stare every 30 seconds. I hate being in public now

Does anyone with POTS also have sleep apnea? Partner has both but is worried about how high their HR is when they are using their CPAP machine and we are wondering if that’s normal for people with POTS?

Long covid is so fun and every day is full of surprises! Woke up with a kidney stone…sure why not! Got nothing better to do then lay on the couch all day and suffer

Everyday it seems like my partner or I have a random new symptom or medical problem that we have to decide if it’s urgent enough ti seek medical help ASAP or wait. Long Covid is never ending

Having to explain what POTS is to a therapist that works with people with chronic illnesses is wild 🥴 not to mention crashing after the appointment because they made me try breathing exercises that made my CFS flare up

I am just so tired and unsure how much longer I can go on this exhausted. It’s really hard to hold onto any hope about long covid

I saw an Instagram reel of a nutritionist cutting up an onion and saying her family puts them out when family members are sick because the onions soak up the germs….people will really do anything not to mask or use air purifiers 😳

Partner sits next to someone at work whose kid just tested positive for covid 🤦🏼♀️ I hate this. Partner masks but takes it off to snack with an air purifier blowing in his face and now we have to worry if it was enough

I watch real housewives for escapism from this thing called the real world but it is wild that every week, a different housewife tests + for covid and production isn’t making all of the housewives mask in public? How do they expect to keep their shows going when everyone keeps getting sick!!!?
