As a result, a whopping ~450,000 New Yorkers in the 200 - 250% income FPL bracket will be kicked off the Essential Plan program & pushed back over to #ACA exchange plans...which wouldn't be too bad except that they'll have to do so under the *new* subsidy formula, paying 6.6 - 8.4% of their income.

NEW JERSEY is continuing their existing NJ Health Plan Savings program with $215 million in additional assistance for enrollees earning up to 500% FPL. This amounts to perhaps 40% of the lost federal tax credits.
