We need to flip the thinking. Federal, State and local gov should issue voter cards. By contrast if you don't receive your card, you engage your local gov to get it corrected, and if you need to prove you're a citizen you do.

Adams must be removed. The city cannot sustain being governed for nearly a year by a Mayor who is being coerced by Trump admin in order to escape charges.
