Sounds like a repeating shopping template in Notion should do the trick! You could pre-populate it with whatever the basics are, then add whatever is missing prior to the shopping trip.

This is why we can’t have nice things. Extremely disappointing. I once switched from Substack to Ghost but that was before I had thousands of followers. Doing so now would be prohibitively expensive. Maybe Patreon could be an alternative. Problem is, Substack is where the people are. :-/
