There was a time if you can believe it when Nintendo tried to distinguish itself from the other console makers, it made using a Nintendo console feel special. I want to feel that again in a console. Now all consoles just feel the same from an esthetic point of view, same boring horizontal menu.

In revolt, I will not buy a Switch 2 until proper Nintendo-ified theme support is added. I want to turn on my Switch to a fun Zelda theme, with music, icons, sound effects, and other fun Nintendo stuff. A video game console should feel fun from the moment it's turned on.

Capitalism hasn't gone away because nobody seems smart enough to find and create a better system to replace it.

But that's probably why I have more respect for the open source community and Linux, and why passion always drives my own motivations in the workplace. The more passionate I am about the work I am doing, the better I will perform, it might be the same for others to.

You'd expect paid employees to do a much better job than a group of unpaid passionate volunteers, right?

I always hated Windows updates, how long do I constantly wait at a update screen after several reboots? How quick is a Debian update in comparison? How has Microsoft, a company of dedicated paid employees do a worse job than a bunch of dedicated volunteers?

Linux is easier than Android and Windows because of it's more seamless and effortless update system.

Phone updates are awful. Can't say I've ever in my life had a Linux update that resets a ton of personal preferences and options, but with Android, it's just a common frustration. Each time I get an Android update, I'm fixing a bunch of lost configuration, it's so annoying.

So, say if you wanted to play some of this Pac-Man game in multiple over Steam, I'd be very much open as haven't experienced any of the Pac-Man games in this collection with multi-player, and have only played through these games in isolation, and I think it could be fun with someone else.

I am incredibly lonely and desperate for connection by the way, so if any men want to reach out and they feel like we might share something in common, do send me a message. I haven't been feeling very good lately, and really do need more people in my life. My anxiety makes it difficult for me.

I love asking A.I. stoopid questions like this just to see how it responds. I'd like to think Pac-Man is left facing though, as he loves fruit just as much as I do. 😉 And honestly doesn't every right facing person just play CoD and GTA anyways, as they can't stand anything that's too woke.

I haven't watched it yet, but it has been in my feed and on my list. Thanks for the reminder, I'll give it a watch tomorrow. Glad it did well.

I did check my account today, and sure enough the rent was not automatically taken out as I originally expected it to be... Oddly, they made a rent payment mistake after I first moved into this building last year, and I had to clear that up as well.
November 8, 2025 at 8:13 PM
I thought the rent was paid, as I provided a void cheque as they asked last month, and now I'm guessing that they may have misplaced it, which now makes me worried about if someone now might have access to my financial information.

I admit I did not do as much due diligence on the subject as I could have. I looked at a few variables, but clearly not the full picture. I don't want to see Alberta separate, but with Danielle Smith briefly siding with separatists, and it gaining additional traction, it did make me worry a bit.

I didn't know, but that makes a lot of sense. I just assumed because Alberta complains so much. I apologize that I didn't do my due diligence on the topic. It is a relief to know though.
