I don’t think I will ever be able to so perfectly wrap a bowl with cling film aver again in my life if I live to be 102.

You must understand this stuff actively fights me. All the time. Today, it cooperated.
A Kitchenaid mixing bowl filled with freshly made (and very wet) bread dough. A thin sheet of cling film is stretched almost perfectly across the top, sealing the dough for its first rise.

When this was announced, I joked with @evilrobotgames.bsky.social that I would have to suck it up and resort to the used robot market or hope someone got it for me for Christmas.

The first best thing about ordering tea from @fridaytea.com is getting the tea, smelling the tea, drinking the tea, all the tea things.

The second best thing is finding out what neat little bonus tea sample you get. “Plumber Power-Up!”’s flavor profile looks *fascinating* to me.

So, uh. About that bread.

I am rethinking my entire bread-making life.

This bread is so danged PILLOWY.

It doesn’t LOOK much different from my usual bake. But it is VASTLY improved from what I usually make.

Never going back. This is The Way.
