I hate to say it folks, but history book, shall the people of the future have any, will likely pinpoint the end of American democracy as March 16th-17th (with it becoming inevitable in November when trump won his 2nd term).

No one should call Andrew Cuomo the "former disgraced governor". That's grammatically incorrect. The correct way to refer to him is "disgraced former governor." He's still disgraced, he's not a governor anymore.

Actually, we should call him Disgraced Andrew Cuomo. Disgraced is part of his name now.
