One interesting thing going on with Democrats: Those emerging as public-facing leaders--AOC, Frost, Crockett, Chris Murphy, Walz, Brian Schatz, others--are not ideologically uniform. What connects them is communication skill--you either have it or you don't--and a sense of urgency and stakes.
