Brunch - 3 eggs and avocado
Dinner - 1 steak, 1 egg, and salad w/o dressing

I feel good the entire day! I didn't crave anything at all.

I'm starting my Day 1 of the carnivore diet. It's scary, but I will try it for 30 days. Day 1/30 begins today.
