The fat orange one and Republicans and their inhumanity don't care about anything except hatred, ignorance, greed. Vote all out, I just hope it doesn't cost you a child to learn that

Why am I paying taxes? To pay the Geo group? To pay Core Civic Corrections? To watch more brown folks getting brutalized? To lose services? To lose Medicaid? Social security? Women’s rights? Children’s safety? To pay billionaires when they don’t need it? To prop up a fucking Kakistocracy? Fuck that.

The people who lost children and other loved ones in the Texas floods are owed honest answers from officials. They should be told why flash flood warnings issued hours earlier were not conveyed to people in the path of the water. They don’t need more prayers from politicians. They need answers.

CEO pay is up 1,085% since 1978, while typical worker pay is up just 24%.

Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

But beyond his administration's many accomplishments – President Biden showed himself to be what he has always been, a good and honorable man.

When we needed it most, he reminded us that decency matters.

When President Biden leaves the Oval Office tomorrow, he will leave behind an extraordinary legacy.

Of accomplishing more in one term, than most presidents do no matter how long they serve.

Obscene. Grotesque.

Apt descriptors for Trump’s decision to pardon people who assaulted law enforcement even as they assaulted the Capitol.

Pardoning violent insurrectionists is a terrible – but not terribly surprising – way for Donald Trump to begin his new administration.

Four years ago, officers of the law stood their ground to protect Members of Congress and staff as violent insurrectionists stormed the Capitol.

These brave officers were beaten, crushed, bear sprayed, maced, and left to defend democracy with their bare hands.
