There are a lot of politicians out here using the words "common sense" as an adjective to describe certain policies. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

As I go through things at my house, formerly my late parents house, I'm also going through my grandparents'things on both sides. It's interesting, but also, I don't know who some of these people are in photos, especially if the info isn't written there. Also, these negatives are interesting.

Today at 12:15 pm I had to say goodbye to Minnie. She has crossed the rainbow bridge and I'm going to miss her so much. It was not the expected outcome for today. She's left her paw prints across my heart. She was such a snuggly girl, my heart is broken. She was only 6. 🐾💔🐾

It's things like this that make downsizing your parents' home difficult. I bought this for my Dad approximately 50 years ago. So many memories. I'll keep the photo & the memories, donate the little rock dude.

My parents got this when they were overseas in the early '60s with the RCAF. It's been 24 hours and it's keeping really good time. It's a Kern Germany Anniversary/Mantle Clock aka a 400 day clock that you only wind once a year. I'm finding all kinds of treasures as I downsize my late parents house.
