It's insane to me that Congress members are talking about impeaching a Cabinet member instead of the actual President. Noem impeachment was something for weeks or months ago. The moment has lapped that intermediary response several times over by now.

If ICE agents were obeying the law, Miller wouldn't have to claim they have "federal immunity." If Trump's misuse of ICE was legal, they wouldn't need immunity. Either way, they remain subject to the Constitution and can be charged at the state level. They can all be charged, including Trump.
