Many cyclists use cameras to submit footage to the Police for driving that puts them in great danger. For the submission to be successful you not only need a clear video but a comprehensive statement.

A new national Dutch study reveals that, on a monthly basis, cyclists and pedestrians contribute about 25% more to total spending in centres than car users.

COURT RESULT: Punishment pass results in punishment. This driver decided, rather than using the empty lane 2, to overtake with about 50cm clearance (1/3rd the Highway Code recommended minimum distance at 30mph & under). Contested a £100 FPN - £398 in fines and 3 points #opclosepass
